How do I list my charger?
Open the app, tap the side menu, and choose Add a Charger. Set the location, connector type, hours of availability, and price per session. Your listing goes live after a quick review by our team, usually within a day.
How do payments work?
Voltyks is a marketplace that connects drivers with charger owners. Drivers see the full charging cost upfront before confirming a session, and charger owners see exactly what they will earn. Voltyks service fees are not refundable per our Terms of Service.
How do I get paid as a charger owner?
Every session shows you the amount you will earn before it begins. Your Voltyks Wallet holds any credits or dues per our Terms of Service.
How does cancelling a session work?
You can cancel a session from within the app. Per our Terms of Service, Voltyks service fees are not refundable. Any related credits or dues are reflected in your Voltyks Wallet.
How do I close my account?
To close your account, email voltyks.inc@gmail.com from your registered email address. Our team will verify your identity and process the request. Transaction records may be retained where Egyptian tax and financial law requires.
What does the Voltyks Store sell?
AC and DC EV chargers, 7 kW to 22 kW, vetted by our team before they reach the catalog. We source directly and pass the savings on, so prices beat the dealer market. Tap Store in the app to browse.
Where can I read the Terms of Service?
Inside the app: side menu → Terms & Conditions. The latest version is always available there in English and Arabic. A web version is also published on the Terms page.
The app crashed or I found a bug. What do I do?
Email voltyks.inc@gmail.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short note on what you were doing. Screenshots or screen recordings help us reproduce the issue and ship a fix faster.
Is the app available in Arabic?
Yes. Voltyks is fully localised in English and Arabic, with right to left layout. The language follows your iPhone's system setting, so just switch the device and the app follows.
