These Terms govern your use of the Voltyks app and the marketplace it provides. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must hold a valid driving licence.
2. Use of Service
- Voltyks provides a platform connecting electric vehicle (EV) owners with individuals offering charging services.
- Users may either:
- Request access to charging stations listed on the app.
- Offer their chargers for others to use and receive payment.
- Voltyks is a facilitator only. We do not own or operate any chargers.
3. Fees & Payments
- Voltyks may charge a service fee for facilitating connections.
- Charging prices are set solely by charger owners. Voltyks does not control or influence the pricing of charging services.
- Payments for charging are settled directly between users. Voltyks has no responsibility for external payment disputes.
- Voltyks Fees are strictly not refundable under any circumstances. By using the app, you acknowledge and accept that all Voltyks Fees are final.
4. Wallet & Dues
- Each user has a Voltyks Wallet which may reflect balances, credits, or dues.
- In case of misconduct, fraud, or failure to pay, Voltyks reserves the right to impose negative balances (dues) in the user's Wallet.
- Such dues must be settled and may be automatically deducted from any future use of the app.
- Users who have been defrauded may be credited appropriately in their Wallet for future use.
5. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete information regarding their identity, vehicle, and charger.
- Users are responsible for ensuring the safety, compatibility, and lawful use of chargers.
- Misuse, fraudulent activity, or failure to fulfil obligations may result in suspension, termination, or financial penalties applied to the Wallet.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
- Voltyks does not guarantee charger quality, availability, safety, or suitability.
- Voltyks is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising between users.
- Users are encouraged to review ratings and make informed choices before engaging in transactions.
7. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in misconduct.
8. Support
- Users may contact Voltyks through the support system inside the app for assistance or to report issues.
- Web support is also available at our help center.
9. Amendments
- Voltyks reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
